We are seeking a dynamic International Sales Executive to develop and manage B2B export accounts across assigned global regions. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, international market expansion, and achieving regional revenue targets within the diamond jewellery export segment.
Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and onboard new international distributors, wholesalers, and retail chains
Conduct market research to understand regional demand and competitor positioning
Generate leads through exhibitions, trade shows, digital platforms, and referrals
Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing overseas clients
Handle price negotiations, contract discussions, and order confirmations
Provide product presentations tailored to regional preferences
Sales & Order Management
Prepare export quotations considering gold rates, diamond pricing, and margins
Coordinate with internal teams (production, merchandising, logistics) to ensure timely execution
Monitor region-wise sales targets and prepare monthly performance reports
Trade & Market Exposure
Represent the company in international exhibitions and virtual meetings
Stay updated on global jewellery trends and compliance regulations
Requirements
4–7 years experience in jewellery export sales (diamond jewellery preferred)
Strong understanding of international pricing structures & export documentation
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple global accounts
Willingness to travel internationally
