Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide information about products, services, and purchase processes.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information in the database.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle customer grievances and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep abreast of new product launches, company policies, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Fluent in English and Gujarati; additional languages are a plus.
- Atleast HSC pass.
