Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide information about products, services, and purchase processes.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information in the database.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Handle customer grievances and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep abreast of new product launches, company policies, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Fluent in English and Gujarati; additional languages are a plus.
  • Atleast HSC pass.
