Assistant Showroom Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Showroom Manager to support the Showroom Manager in daily operations, team supervision, and driving sales performance at the Kottayam showroom.

Key Responsibilities

•      Support the Showroom Manager in day-to-day showroom operations

•      Supervise the sales team and ensure targets are met

•      Monitor stock, billing, and customer service standards on the floor

•      Step in to manage the showroom in the absence of the Showroom Manager

•      Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring

•      Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred • Prior experience in retail supervision/management, preferably in jewellery or luxury retail • Strong leadership and team-handling abilities • Good communication and customer-service orientation • Willingness to work on weekends/holidays as per showroom schedule
