Terms of Use
The agreement between you and Mintly when you use the site.
Last updated: 27 July 2026
Accepting these terms
By using Mintly you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account, so keep your password to yourself.
- One person, one account. Employer accounts may have multiple people mapped to a single company.
- Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
Rules for job seekers
- Your profile and résumé must describe you, honestly.
- Do not apply on someone else’s behalf without their knowledge.
- Do not use the service to distribute spam, malware, or anything unlawful.
- Do not scrape, bulk-download or resell listings or contact details.
Rules for employers
- Post only genuine roles you are actually hiring for, at a company you are authorised to represent.
- Do not post discriminatory requirements. Job postings must not restrict or express a preference by gender, age, caste, religion, marital status or disability.
- Do not ask candidates for payment, deposits or fees at any stage. Charging candidates is grounds for immediate removal.
- Use candidate data only to assess the application it was submitted for. Do not add applicants to marketing lists or share their details with third parties.
- Keep postings current. Close a role once it is filled.
Paid plans and job credits
Job postings are paid. Prices, the number of job credits and the number of days a posting stays live are shown at checkout before you pay, and are what apply to your purchase.
Credits are tied to the employer account that bought them and are not transferable between accounts. A "lifetime" plan means the credits do not expire; it does not mean an individual posting stays live indefinitely.
Content you post
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant Mintly a licence to host, display and distribute it as needed to operate the service: showing your job posting to candidates, or showing your résumé to an employer you applied to.
We may remove content that breaches these terms, is unlawful, or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent.
What we do not promise
Mintly is a platform that connects candidates and employers. We are not a party to the employment relationship, we do not employ anyone listed here, and we do not guarantee that a posting is genuine, that an employer will respond, or that any hire will result.
Verify an employer independently before sharing sensitive documents or attending an interview at an unfamiliar location. If a posting looks fraudulent, report it and we will investigate.
The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mintly is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and where a breach involves fraud or harm to other users we may do so without notice.
Unused job credits are not refunded when an account is closed, whether by you or for a breach. Purchases are non-refundable; see the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
