Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and sales.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Recruit, train, and manage showroom staff.
• Monitor customer service policies and ensure they are followed.
• Track sales performance and develop action plans to improve performance. 
• Develop a marketing plan to increase brand awareness. 
• Ensure the showroom is always clean, organized, and up to date with current trends.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in retail management or a related field. 
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
• Knowledge of retail operations and best practices. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft and other Software Tools.
