Responsibilities: 

• Oversee all aspects of store operations 
• Develop effective strategies to increase customer satisfaction 
• Implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient store operations 
• Recruit, train, and manage staff 
• Monitor sales performance and identify areas of improvement 
• Resolve customer complaints in an efficient and courteous manner 
• Monitor inventory levels and order new stock as needed 
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations 
 

Requirements: 

• Proven experience working in a retail store environment 
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills 
• Ability to motivate a team and maximize productivity 
• Strong understanding of financial targets and budgetary management 

• Previous years working for Jewelry brands is preferred

• Must be good at English communication skills
