Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Maintain a neat and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and handle cash and card payments.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches to effectively promote our jewellery collection.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of different types of jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi. Additional language proficiency will be an advantage.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays.
