Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting products.
• Provide detailed information and advice on our jewellery collections.
• Process sales transactions and manage the cash register.
• Maintain the appearance and organization of the sales floor.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery or luxury goods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and sales management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
