Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services offered by Bluestone Jewellery.
• Assist customers in making selections, offering suggestions and opinions based on their preferences.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments.
• Maintain the appearance of the sales floor, ensuring it is clean and organized.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
