Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible to achieve the individual sales target and executing the company’s strategies to enhance the store’s profit. 
  • Receive the customer in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand their requirements. 
  • Provide excellent customer service, educate customers on benefits of the Company's promises and product details.
  • To ensure customer delight in each sale.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the Manager for business improvement. 
  • Report the sold stock to the section head for maintaining inventory; ensure timely stock replenishment. 
  • Generate customer leads and increase customer footfall. 
  • Acquire knowledge in all sections of the store such as billing, cash, OMS, packing, etc.

  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Good Spoken English
  • Customer service skills
  • Well groomed and good self presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
