Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new collections and promotions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and effectively.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Proven track record in retail sales; experience in jewelry sales is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma required; further education or certification in sales or retail management is preferred.

 

Experience:

 

  • For Sales Executive: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • For Senior Sales Executive: 3+ years of experience with leadership responsibilities.
