Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new collections and promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in retail sales; experience in jewelry sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma required; further education or certification in sales or retail management is preferred.
Experience:
- For Sales Executive: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- For Senior Sales Executive: 3+ years of experience with leadership responsibilities.
