Responsibilities:

 

Sales Executive:

 

  • Assist customers in selecting products according to their preferences and requirements.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of professionalism.
  • Manage product displays and ensure the sales floor is immaculate.

 

Senior Sales Executive:

 

  • Oversee the sales team and drive sales strategies.
  • Train and mentor new sales staff.
  • Analyze sales data to improve processes and increase sales.
  • Handle high-value transactions and manage key accounts.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience in sales; jewellery sales experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • For Senior Sales Executive: At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
