Job description:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Design Director to join our team. As a Design Director, you will be responsible for producing the visuals related to jewellery for our company and leading our creative teams.
Responsibilities:
- Developing strategic design plans of the jewellery
- Communicating with clients
- Overseeing and mentoring the design team and projects
- Leading creative sessions to generate ideas related to jewellery
- Managing budget
- Conducting market research
- Monitoring team performance
- Troubleshooting design problems
- Collaborating with other team members and department
Requirements and qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or Fine Arts
- 8-10 years of experience in jewellery design
- Strong knowledge of graphic design
- Proficiency in design software
- Strong creativity skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills,analytical, leadership, planning, multitasking, time management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to motivate others
