We are looking for a eCommerce Executive with 1+ years of experience in the related field.

Job Description:

• Knowledge of Listing, Updating Uploading Product Data / Specifications. 
• Knowledge of product Images on Marketplaces such as Amazon.com, Etsy, E bay etc. Maintain large online product catalogs. 
• Oversee the product content presented on Website Marketplaces. 
• Coordinate the order process,  customer requirements and delivery of products.
• Ensure all the complaints are attended to between he customer and the company.
• Implement eCommerce activities, mention about all promotions.
• Ask for feedback.
• Review customer feedback and marketplace health, updating processes as needed
• Maintain detailed understanding of the mechanics of all back end tools, processes and systems
• Makes accurate reports on sales and buybacks 

Requirements:

• 1+ years experience as an e-commerce manager.
• Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
• Any Graduate
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skill
•  Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• The candidate should have good knowledge of excel.
