Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome all guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner
• Assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure that the showroom is kept clean and maintained as per the company standards
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all products, services, and promotions offered
• Work closely with the sales team to meet individual and store objectives
• Provide accurate information regarding availability, pricing, and features of jewelry pieces
• Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Guest Relations Executive or similar role
• Excellent verbal communication skills with proficiency in English and local languages
• Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
• Attention to detail and mathematical skills
