Guest Relations Associate cum Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a Guest Relations Associate/Trainee who will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom, ensuring a warm, premium, and seamless experience throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

•      Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a warm and premium showroom experience

•      Act as the first point of contact for all customers visiting the showroom

•      Manage customer flow and coordinate smoothly with the sales team

•      Maintain overall presentation and grooming standards on the showroom floor

•      Support customers with queries and direct them to the appropriate sales personnel

Requirements • Freshers or candidates with relevant experience in hospitality, aviation, or customer service • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Well-groomed and presentable personality • Customer-centric mindset with a strong service orientation • Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience preferred
