Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager for Jewelry Retail is responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing store operations within a jewelry retail store.
ASM Job Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service to customers
• Lead and motivate staff, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Maintain a neat and orderly store environment
• Ensure correct pricing of products
• Monitor and address customer complaints in a timely manner
• Train and manage staff, including scheduling shifts and delegating tasks
• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability
• Address security concerns and ensure safety of customers and employees
ASM Job Requirements:
• Previous sales or retail management experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Atleasat 3 yrs experience in Sr Sales Jewelry Retail is important
• Fluent in English with Telugu/Hindi is a must
