Bhima Jewellery, a renowned and trusted name in the jewelry industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Floor Manager to join our team in Madurai.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the showroom floor, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance, coaching, and training to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase products effectively and create an appealing shopping environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to achieve overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to make informed business decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in the retail industry, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Sound knowledge of jewelry products, trends, and quality standards.
- Proficient in inventory management and visual merchandising techniques.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
