Job Description-

• To achieve individual sales targets by engaging with the customers, explaining the offerings of the store, assisting them in choosing the jewelry and completing the sales transactions.
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
• Direct the daily operation of assigned Store to achieve sales and profit through leadership and training in accordance with Company standards, policies, systems, and procedures.

• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
