Job Description –Production Executive

• Process daily e-commerce & retail orders by preparing job card and production schedule.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials and supplies.
• Act as a liaison between production team and other department.
• Co-ordinate and plan production schedule with 3rd party manufacturing partners to ensure timely fulfilment of all orders.
• Plan production schedule to avoid breach of SLAs of online orders.
• Assort gemstones & other requirement raw material for orders.
• Ensure strict QC policy for all production items.
• Manage online systems for internal production and vendor re-conciliation

Skills Required

• Ability to quickly learn new software applications, must have computer skills.
• Knowledge of jewelry and precious stones is a strong plus Prior experience of jewelry industry is a must.
•  Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
