Hiring Retail Boutique Head for Luxury Jewelry Brand

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Retail Boutique Head for our flagship store in Pune. 

The Retail Boutique Head will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the boutique, managing the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and train a team of retail professionals to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Sales Performance: Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that customers receive a luxurious shopping experience through personalized attention, product knowledge sharing, resolving queries or complaints promptly, maintaining visual merchandising standards, etc.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control procedures including stock replenishment, stock transfers between stores, regular stock audits/counting to avoid discrepancies or losses.
• Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create visually appealing displays that showcase our products effectively.
• Operations Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling processes, security measures implementation/compliance.
• Reporting: Prepare accurate reports on sales performance, stock levels/turnover rates, customer feedback/satisfaction levels; provide insights to senior management regularly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Retail Boutique Manager or similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Excellent understanding of luxury fashion trends and customer preferences.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using retail POS systems and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual merchandising.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Business Administration or any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion retail management.
