Inventory Executive

Job Description-

• Support the inventory team in maintaining accurate inventory records and efficient stock management.
• Assist the sales team by promptly responding to inquiries regarding inventory levels, product availability, and delivery timelines.
• Place orders with suppliers and vendors based on inventory needs and maintain effective communication to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct physical inventory counts regularly to reconcile physical stock levels with system records and identify any discrepancies.
• Organize merchandise in display cases, ensuring a visually appealing presentation and easy accessibility for both staff and customers.
• Provide inventory details and updates to the management team, including sales trends, slow-moving items, and potential stock shortages.
• Collaborate with the accounting department to assist with invoicing and maintain accurate records of all inventory-related transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area, ensuring that items are properly labeled, categorized, and stored for easy retrieval.
