Responsibilities

• He should be able to offer customized insurance solution to the client for all their financial needs. 
• Ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and reverted within the TAT
•  Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved - Ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call.
•  Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis.
•  Ensure that MIS/ Reporting formats are maintained/ Updated on regular basis. 
• Be an Insurance solution provider for our clients. 
• Educate the client about the company/ channel
   

Requirements

• Candidate should have field sales experience minimum of 1 year preferably in Insurance/NBFC/Banking, but not mandate. Necessary training will be given for the one's from different industry. 
•  Insurance sales will be an advantage
