We’re hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join India’s leading jewellery retail stores. The role requires strong communication, styling sense, and the ability to deliver a premium customer experience.
Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
Greet customers and understand their jewellery needs.
Demonstrate product knowledge (gold purity, diamond quality, gemstone basics).
Support in closing sales & achieving monthly targets.
Provide excellent customer service aligned with luxury retail standards.
Store Operations
Handle billing, packaging, and documentation.
Maintain store hygiene and counter readiness.
Assist in daily opening & closing activities.
Inventory & Stock Handling
Manage tagging, barcoding, inward/outward entries.
Assist in stocktaking & audits.
Ensure careful handling of gold & diamond jewellery.
Visual Merchandising
Ensure displays are neat, attractive, and updated.
Support with festival/event-based VM changes.
Customer Relationship Management
Collect customer data & support CRM activities.
Follow up with warm leads for repeat business.
Requirements
Experience: 5–8 years in jewellery retail, with minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Strong team management, sales leadership, and problem-solving capability.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
