Job Description
The Store Manager will be responsible for end-to-end store operations, driving sales targets, managing staff, maintaining service excellence, and ensuring brand standards across retail operations.
Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations including sales, inventory, and customer experience
Lead, train, and supervise store staff
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain VM standards and product presentation
Handle customer escalations and ensure service excellence
Monitor stock movement, shrinkage, and audits
Prepare daily/weekly sales and staff performance reports
Ensure SOP compliance and store discipline
Requirements
5–8 years of retail experience (Jewellery/Fashion/Luxury preferred)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Sales-driven and customer-focused mindset
Good communication and operational handling
