Malabar Gold Jewellery Job: Assistant Manager for HR

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Selection: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
• Training & Development: Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Performance Management: Support the performance review process, including the development of KPIs, performance monitoring, and feedback sessions.
• HR Projects: Participate in HR projects aimed at improving HR practices and processes within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment and operations.
• Excellent understanding of local employment laws and regulatory compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
