We are looking for a Manual jewellery designer with good understanding of process of designing the jewellery according to the market needs (Specifically US market) with at least 5-8 years of experience.
Requirements:
- Expert understanding of jewellery design processes - from creating working drawings to supervising execution.
- Complete understanding of diamonds and stones - shapes, sizes, origin, pricing, availability etc to create designs which are cost friendly.
- Ability to conceptualize and design jewels and collections for the brand's upcoming collections on a fast turnaround schedule.
- Ability to hold consultations with clients to create bespoke/customized pieces based on their requirements.
- Be able to translate ideas into high-impact designs without the need for supervision or constant involvement of stakeholders.
- A keen interest in studying the latest techniques of jewellery designing and the ability to translate them into actionable designs for the brand.
- Understanding of various jewellery processes - casting, polishing, setting, soldering etc
- Good communication skills and a team player who is willing to understand the brief and transform it into practical design solutions.
Experience:
- Total Years of Experience: Min 5 to 8 years (should have worked with US market).
- Educational Qualifications: SSC/HSC
- Up to date with the latest industry trends and developments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
