Retail Sales Executive Job Responsibilities: 

- Developing relationships with new and existing customers
- Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Ensuring high levels of customer service satisfaction by effectively resolving customer concerns
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and keeping up to date with market trends
- Actively participating in promotional activities, such as in-store events and promotions
- Analysing sales data and making recommendations for improvement

 

Retail Sales Executive Job Requirements: 

- Proven track record of success in a retail sales environment is a plus
- Ability to work independently and efficiently 
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills 
- Passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer service
