We are looking for a passionate Retail Store Manager to join our team and create memorable shopping experiences for our customers. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of retail operations in our store.

Retail Store Manager Job Responsibilities: 

• Lead the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, monthly and annual targets 
• Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty and store profitability 
• Provide excellent customer service and problem-solve customer issues 
• Create promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness 
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement 
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate product pricing 
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching 
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Retail Store Manager Job Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills 
• Knowledge of retail operations, including product pricing, inventory management, and POS
