Zahairaa is looking to hire Sr Sales Executive/Sales Executive for their Opera House Location.
Sales Executive Job Responsibilities:
- Explain products and services to customers.
- Understand the buying power of the region.
- Welcome and identify customer needs.
- Daily handling of in-store customer sales and converting the same.
- Following up with potential customer through calls.
- Re-calling of previous customers with new offers and new collection.
- Ensuring the customer orders are delivered on time and as per expectation.
- Processing the customer orders with the production team.
- Merchandise jewellery displays and keeps an inventory.
- Responsible for the Sales Counter.
- Display all items on the counter correctly as per the approved format. Make sure that all trays are filled and are without any empty slots.
- Responsible to check stocks/items received from Store Room and tally them with the previous day's closing stock.
Sales Executive Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales.
- Experience in sales, and customer service in the jewellery industry is a big plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills
- Educational qualification - Minimum Plus 2 or Diploma or Degree
NOTE- Candidate must be Mumbai based and minimum 5 years of experience in the jewellery industry.
Preferred- Female Executives with Consultative Sales experience.
