Sales / Senior Sales Consultant

Role Overview

We are hiring Sales and Senior Sales Consultants to drive retail floor sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and achieve individual and store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

•      Engage customers on the showroom floor and guide them through product selection

•      Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently

•      Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

•      Maintain in-depth product knowledge across jewellery categories

•      Ensure proper visual merchandising and floor presentation standards

•      Coordinate with billing and inventory teams for smooth transaction processing

Requirements • Bachelor's degree preferred • 2–6 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery or luxury retail • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills • Target-driven with a customer-first approach • Willingness to work on weekends/holidays as per showroom schedule
