Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors for the Jewellery Stores
- Source material, goods, and services and negotiate the most cost-effective contract and deals
- Performing inventory inspection and reordering supplies and stock
- Conduct market research to remain updated about emerging trends and business opportunities
- Inspect stock and report any faulty item or inconsistencies immediately
- Update and maintain records of all orders, payment, and received stock
- Monitor PO generation, Inward/Outward of Materials, Overall Store Supply/Demand Management
Purchase Executive Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in business, logistics, or related field
- Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a purchase executive in Retail/Jewellery Brands
- Proficiency in relevant management software programs/ERPs
- Great organization, Negotiation and planning skills
- Able to identify market trends and make the decision in a high-stress environment
- Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skill
- Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated and strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail, prioritization skill, and time management
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
- Motivational and communication skill in English, Hindi and Marathi
