Responsibilities
Sr Sales Executive at KKJPL is responsible for consistently achieving individual and team sales goals to support the management’s sales and profit objectives, while providing superior customer service
Ability to generate sales to exceed personal sales goals
Provide features and benefits of extended warranties to increase sales
Create business through various methods of clienteling
Provide a compelling sales presentation based on our sales training
Ability to work as a team in a sales presentation to overcome customers objections and close additional sales
Demonstrate outstanding customer service to each and every KKJPL’s guest
Participate in all areas of store's operation including merchandising, displays, and maintenance
Come up with Various Sales Strategies to attract quality customers for buying Diamond
Train the Junior Staff to achieve the individual sales goals
Provide regular sales reports to Management team.
Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.
Required Education: Atleast Bachelor’s degree
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
Proven history of selling in a Retail environment
Superior communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
High internal motivation
Flexibility to work with a variety of personalities
Minimum 3 years of Jewellery retail experience
Must be high work ethic driven and passionate about sales and team builder
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
