Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Knowledge of matching, fluting, and quality of diamonds 
• Manage inventory and stock control 
• Manage team of minimum 20-30 people 
• Understand all features of in-house software thoroughly 
• Able to do understand and analyse certain reports of bagging dept like pending order status, order delay report, client wise goods shipped etc 

Skills

• Previous exp in similar role 
• Strong Organization skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of packing material & equipment
• Familiarity with quality control process
• Leadership
