Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and fulfilling their needs
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
• Keep track of inventory and restock shelves as needed
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
• Assist in visual merchandising and product displays

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail jewellery sales is preferred 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in English and Tamil (both written and spoken)
