Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic Female Tele Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads and closing deals by communicating with potential customers over the phone.

Telecaller Job Responsibilities:

• Generate sales leads by making outbound calls to potential customers
• Follow-up on leads and maintain relationships with existing accounts
• Answer customer questions and provide product information
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services
• Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and trends

Tele caller Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a tele sales representative or similar sales position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to identify customer needs and sell accordingly
• Self-motivated

• Fluent in Tamil and English preferred

• Local to Coimbatore preferred
