Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and new jewelry designs.
• Continuously seek ways to improve order management processes and implement best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in order management or a similar role within the jewelry industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using order management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
