Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to develop effective sales tactics.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts, tracking sales performance and providing insightful analysis to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to drive sales growth.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role in the luxury goods industry, preferably within the diamond sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of the luxury diamond market and industry trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
