Responsibilities: Greet and engage with customers in a warm and welcoming manner. Provide expert knowledge on our products, including gold and diamond jewelry, to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Conduct sales transactions with accuracy and integrity. Maintain a thorough understanding of all product lines, promotions, and store policies. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the store. Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the presentation of the store. Handle customer inquiries, issues, and follow-ups professionally. Stay up-to-date with current trends in the jewelry industry. Requirements: diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus. Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry sector. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Strong customer service orientation and sales-driven mentality. Basic understanding of computer and Point of Sale (POS) systems. Fluent in English and Tamil. Age: 18-35
