The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong interest in jewellery. If you enjoy interacting with customers and helping them find their perfect jewellery pieces, we would love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service from entry to purchase. Understand customer preferences and guide them in selecting suitable jewellery pieces. Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewellery collections, including gemstones, craftsmanship, and materials. Present and explain product features, pricing, and promotions to customers. Upsell and cross-sell jewellery products to meet sales targets. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly. Maintain the display area by ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Assist with stock management, inventory control, and stock replenishment. Process sales transactions accurately using the store's POS system. Keep up-to-date with market trends and product knowledge through training sessions. Assist in promotional events and marketing campaigns when required. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry. Passion for jewellery and strong product knowledge. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Strong attention to detail and a good eye for design and craftsmanship. Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets. Basic computer skills for POS systems and inventory software. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of gemstones, gold, silver, and other precious metals.
