Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports tailored to the gold industry. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in stock records. Handle GST returns, TDS compliance, and other statutory requirements related to the jewelry sector. Collaborate with management to develop budgets and financial forecasts. Provide insights on cost reduction, profit maximization, and financial planning specific to the gold market. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations applicable to the jewelry industry. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in the gold or jewellery industry. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations specific to the gold sector. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Timing: 12 pm - 9 pm
