Responsibilities
🛍️ Sales & Customer Engagement
Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and occasions
Drive individual sales targets and contribute to store revenue
Upsell and cross-sell gold, diamond, and other jewellery products
💎 Product Presentation
Showcase jewellery collections effectively to customers
Explain product details including design, pricing, and value
Maintain high standards of display and visual merchandising
🤝 Customer Experience
Deliver a premium and personalized in-store experience
Build strong relationships to ensure repeat business
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
📦 Store Operations
Support billing, packaging, and basic inventory handling
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Follow SOPs and brand guidelines at all times
🎯 Sales Closing
Confidently handle objections and close sales effectively
Ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase
Requirements
2.5 – 5 years of experience in jewellery retail (mandatory)
Experience in gold and/or diamond jewellery sales preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven mindset with customer-focused approach
Presentable personality suitable for luxury retail environment
