We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Manual Jewellery Designer (Coral Designer) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in hand sketching and CoralDRAW-based jewellery designing. The ideal candidate should have a modern design approach, strong visualization skills, and the ability to create contemporary jewellery collections aligned with current market and customer trends.
Candidates should possess a strong portfolio showcasing their manual sketches and CoralDRAW designs. Preference will be given to younger designers with fresh ideas, creativity, and a strong understanding of modern jewellery aesthetics.
Responsibilities
Jewellery Design & Concept Development
Create innovative hand-drawn jewellery sketches for rings, earrings, pendants, necklaces, bangles, bracelets, and bridal collections.
Develop original jewellery concepts based on market trends, customer requirements, and brand identity.
Prepare clean and detailed artwork suitable for CAD development and manufacturing.
Create collection concepts for seasonal launches and new product ranges.
CoralDRAW Design
Prepare professional jewellery design layouts using CoralDRAW.
Develop accurate design presentations for approvals and client discussions.
Modify existing jewellery designs based on feedback and production requirements.
Maintain organized digital design files and artwork.
Product Development Support
Coordinate with CAD designers and production teams to ensure smooth execution of approved designs.
Provide technical inputs during product development.
Ensure designs are practical, manufacturable, and commercially viable.
Support sampling and prototype development.
Trend Research
Research domestic and international jewellery trends.
Study competitor collections and consumer preferences.
Develop mood boards and inspiration references for upcoming collections.
Introduce fresh and innovative design concepts to the team.
Documentation
Maintain proper records of design concepts, revisions, and final artwork.
Organize design libraries and maintain version control of artwork.
Prepare presentations and design sheets for internal reviews.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Manual Jewellery Designing.
Hands-on experience with CoralDRAW is mandatory.
Strong hand sketching and rendering skills.
Portfolio showcasing manual sketches and CoralDRAW designs is mandatory.
Understanding of jewellery manufacturing and CAD workflow.
Creative mindset with strong visualization abilities.
Passion for modern, contemporary, and commercial jewellery designs.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
