Responsibilities:

• Provide premium customer service to clients and assist them in selecting high-quality diamond jewelry.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships and maintain a client database for personalized services.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall sales goals.
• Educate and guide customers on diamond quality, jewelry care, and services offered.
• Handle detailed presentations of products, including custom designs and traditional Jadau pieces.
• Coordinate with the store manager for inventory management and product selection.
• Organize and participate in in-store events, promotions, and other activities to attract and retain customers.
• Ensure the sales floor is presentable, with all merchandise displayed attractively.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in diamonds or fine jewelry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Deep knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry design.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as per retail schedule.
