We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to support the design and execution of retail store projects. The candidate will be responsible for store planning, preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring timely execution of retail store fit-outs while maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare architectural layouts, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
* Design new retail stores, kiosks, and renovation projects as per brand guidelines.
* Conduct site surveys, measurements, and feasibility assessments.
* Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and project teams for smooth project execution.
* Review BOQs, material specifications, and project estimates.
* Monitor site progress and ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
* Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) consultants for service integration.
* Ensure compliance with local building regulations, fire safety norms, and statutory approvals.
* Resolve site-related design issues and provide technical support during execution.
* Maintain project documentation, drawings, and as-built records.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
* 1–3 years of experience in retail, commercial, or interior architecture. Experience in jewellery or fashion retail is preferred.
* Knowledge of retail store planning and fit-out execution.

* Knowledge of BOQ preparation and material specifications
