Job Description

We are looking for a Store Manager with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, ideally with prior supervisory exposure, to oversee store operations and lead the sales team in Mumbai.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day store operations and sales team performance
Set and track sales targets for the team, ensuring targets are met
Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation standards
Handle customer escalations and ensure a high standard of customer service
Coordinate with management on stock, staffing, and operational needs
Train, motivate, and manage the on-floor sales team

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, with prior experience in a supervisory or team-lead capacity preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and organizational skills
Experience in jewellery/retail store operations preferred
