We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to execute our company's business strategies, manage operations and financial policies and prepare financial reports.
Job Description:
- Performs daily inspections and tasks to ensure all areas of the stores are clean, organized, and following protocol(s).
- Monitors and analyzes financial and operational KPIs to identify areas of opportunity and set the store up for consistently strong performance.
- Meets one-on-one weekly with each store manager to ensure KPI’s are followed and offers coaching and support to drive success.
- Provides effective individual performance evaluations and recognition programs and awards.
- Presents their stores performance, trends, areas of opportunity to leadership team regularly and collaborates on strategies to drive long-term growth for the stores and company.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical, reasoning and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and heavily customer focused.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- 3 years of management experience.
- 3 years managing sales targets.
- Bachelors Degree in Business or related field.
- Jewellery and Diamond experience.
- Must be Fluent in English and atleast one or more regional languages.
