Bombay Jewellery Manufacturers is looking to hire Casting Manager for their SEEPZ unit in Mumbai.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Casting Gold, Platinum & Silver Cad ( studded & Normal )
• Doing Investment & Platinum Investment
• Having a lead of Experience on NEUTEC-J-10, YASUI-KT-17B, INDUTHERM, MEMCO,CAYA CAST & all type VPC Casting & Hand pouring machine & Gallone for platinum
• Ever Involved in wax department in mould cutting wax Injection finishing & tree making
• Casting accounting casted pieces. Department Transfer ETC.
• Doing Urgent Casting in 4-5 Hrs
• Keeping Records of consumable & its consumption in the involved store department
• Reduce diamond breakage, missing and fallen diamonds recovery.
• Gold loss control, recovery from dust.
• To keep the track on technical aspects in the casting process for the quality quantity & timely response to urgent casting.( Investment powder Investment cycle, Burn out Cycle, Casting Parameters, Casting metal & alloys etc).

Skills Required

• At least 5 years experience as Casting Manager
• Local to Mumbai is preferred
• Good communicator in English and Hindi
• Able to work with different production departments to get the finished product
