Chain N Chains Jewels Ltd. is looking for detail-oriented and organized Order Processors to manage customer orders from receipt to delivery in a fast-paced B2B jewellery manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in jewellery order processing, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work closely with Sales, CAD, Production, Merchandising, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.

The role demands excellent communication, attention to detail, proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, and the ability to ensure accurate and timely execution of customer orders while maintaining high service standards.

Order Processing & Management Process customer orders accurately from order confirmation through final dispatch. Verify order specifications, product details, pricing, quantities, delivery timelines, and customer instructions. Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and related documentation. Update order information in ERP systems and maintain accurate order records. Ensure complete documentation before forwarding orders for production. Sales Coordination Coordinate with the Sales team regarding customer requirements and order confirmations. Communicate with customers regarding order status, revisions, delivery schedules, and approvals. Follow up on pending customer approvals and clarify order-related queries. Support the sales team with quotations, order documentation, and client communication. Production Coordination Coordinate with CAD, Merchandising, Production, QC, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow. Track production progress and monitor delivery timelines. Escalate production delays or bottlenecks to the concerned departments. Ensure orders move efficiently through each stage of manufacturing. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of customer orders, quotations, revisions, and dispatch details. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly order status reports. Update Excel trackers and ERP systems with real-time order progress. Ensure proper filing and documentation for audit and operational purposes. Product & Catalogue Management Handle customer product images, digital catalogues, CAD references, and product specifications. Verify artwork, product references, and customization requests before production. Ensure customer files and product references are properly organized. Customer Service Provide timely updates to customers regarding order progress. Resolve order-related issues professionally and efficiently. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met. Build positive relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. Quality & Process Compliance Ensure all orders comply with company processes and quality standards. Minimize order errors through careful verification and documentation. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data. Suggest process improvements to enhance order processing efficiency.
