Chain N Chains Jewels Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to lead the Accounts Department and oversee all financial operations. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the B2B jewellery industry, possess strong expertise in accounting finalization, statutory compliance, auditing, taxation, and team management. The role requires a proactive professional capable of ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Lead and supervise the Accounts Department and manage the performance of junior and mid-level accountants. Review and approve accounting entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and financial records. Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Handle finalization of books of accounts in accordance with accounting standards. Coordinate internal and statutory audits and liaise with external auditors. Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements. Prepare MIS reports, profitability analysis, cash flow statements, and financial reports for management. Monitor receivables, payables, inventory valuation, and banking operations. Strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes. Work closely with management to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. Ensure accurate accounting using PBS software and maintain complete financial documentation. Guide, mentor, and train the accounts team while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
